Write for the right reasons

• Because you want to or you like to
• Because you want to get better at writing
• Because it acts as a creative outlet for you

Not because

• It will grow you a big following on LinkedIn or Twitter
• It will make you a lot of money (In most cases it won’t)
• Someone told you to, and you’re doing it out of your own will

I think of writing as an art.

Sure, anyone can string a sentence together. However, not everyone can write with style and clarity and enjoy it.
