How I Got Past My Insecurity of Posting on Social Media

Hint: There was no 100 page self-help book to help me get through it.

In fact all it took was believing in these 2 things

  1. People aren’t that into you.
    • Sorry to burst your bubble, but people aren’t looking closely at you and your business. Instead, they’re looking out for themselves. Subtle but big difference. So when you’re at it, go help someone else out.
  2. There’s a voice in your head that holds you back.
    • “That’s stupid”, “No one’s going to like it”, so on and so forth.
    • Identify what your mental obstacle says. Where does it stem from, and does their opinion matter? Be honest.

Once you get past your personal hurdles, things get pretty fun.
