How LinkedIn is Changing How I Write

The environment you put yourself in influences how you behave, right? 

Here’s what I noticed a few months into sharing my writing on LinkedIn (feel free to connect with me while you’re here). 

I started writing in shorter sentences. And I mean short. Points just feel more compact this way.

I started putting line breaks in between every point I write. 

I give more love and attention to the first line at top (AKA the line that makes or breaks your post). 

LinkedIn effectively changed the way I write. 

Perhaps it’s changed the way I read too.

I think about how I used to write. Maybe it was just a younger, less experienced writer and content producer sitting at her desk in front of her laptop.

Would I continue using these writing habits in general? I definitely think so.
