There are lots of things I was able to learn about and experience in 2021, but this one tops the cake.
Stop asking for permission.
Not as in break the law.
More like, stop cutting yourself short because you want to see what someone else thinks of you first.
Not as in going against your manager’s/business’/employer’s morals and values.
More like, take the lead and show what you’ve got.
