My parents never went to cooking school. They haven’t watched a single business video or book either. Yet they’ve successfully owned and operated a Hong Kong style restaurant for nearly 7 years.
They might not have been qualified to do their jobs at first (many people start out this way), but we all have an ability to grow and adapt.
