The thing about competition is that it goes unannounced often. The conversation about our competitors are made up in our own heads.
It’s easy to forget that the customers or clients we tend to aren’t actively thinking about who’s better than who. Instead, the customer or client simply wants to get what they want.
Whoever solves the customer’s problem the best, wins.
