A Job Title Never Gives The Full Story

Being a cashier doesn’t mean the person standing behind the cash register will be there for the rest of his or her life.

And being a teacher by profession doesn’t instantly make all teachers great teachers.

One more.

A designer isn’t a designer because she got hired for the position. She’s a designer because she’s invested in the art of solving problems through visual decisions.

A job title gives a glimpse, but it doesn’t tell a full story.
