In 2003, the world was introduced to pumpkin spice lattes. Before that, we didn’t have pumpkin spice lattes being sold on a global scale.
Pumpkin spice lattes are seasonal. They’re only here once a year for a few months, and then they go back into hiding until the next year.
I like to think ideas in our heads work in a similar way.
Ideas come and go. They visit for a while and then we forget when we don’t do anything about them.
Stay still for too long and we run the risk of missing our chance and going stale.
It’s pumpkin spice season (a good time to catch an idea by it’s tail ends and do something). I hope you try your hand at what you’ve been thinking about all year long.
