Habits, when performed time and time again, become our personal systems for daily living (sometimes for better or for worse).
Waking up in the morning to check your phone is a habit.
Dipping your toothbrush in water before you use it is a habit.
Making a cup of coffee before making breakfast is a habit.
Making a cup of coffee in the same exact order with the same exact measurements and equipment becomes your coffee system.
Listening to the same playlist when you do the same exercises every day becomes your work-out system.
Your morning routine is a system.
And systems are built on habits.
If you want to change the (personal) system you live with, it’d be a good idea to change your habits.
