Not for 1,000,000 But Maybe 100

I serve hundreds of guests at the restaurant every week, and thousands of guests by the end of every month, but I don’t think I’ll ever serve a million.

The idea that we have to audience-build to 5,000, or 15,000, or 100,000 people first before we start serving them is based on fantasy.

It’s the other way around.

We all have 100 people we can centre our work for.
