Building A Voice

The kid at the back of an arts classroom, the one who doesn’t talk much but draws well, she has a voice. 

Her voice might not be as loud as the ones who yells across the hallway, but it holds just as much value.

And a voice—when you’ve built enough trust, enough firmness, enough helpfulness around it—might just be an asset worth building.
