2 Different Kinds of Creativity

What I used to think creativity was:

Romantic, sexy, spontaneous energy. That when a gust of inspiration flew by, it was time to pick up the pencil.

How I think of creativity now: 

Unforgiving, and has to be reached for. I believe that creative endeavours get better over time if you practice them. Creativity is a muscle.
