As the dictionary states, an artist is “a person skilled at a particular task or occupation”
And skills, as we know, can be learned through repetition.
Going to art and design school doesn’t make you an artist or a designer—the practice of making art or design does.
Not to be misconstrued with whatever your degree states.
Anybody can be an artist or creative, but it takes deliberate practice and skill to do it professionally.
