People like us do things like this.
Like when you go into your first year at OCAD and want to dress like all the others.
Like when you find the other kids working social media for their family restaurants.
Like when you find out that somebody else also loves your favourite indie musician.
I make bread, you too?
Things get better and more interesting with a crowd, because all of a sudden it means you’re not the only one. Somebody else can relate. Somebody else understands.
As creatives, I think it’s part of our job to create pieces and places for somebody else to be themselves in.
